Founding attorney, Elena Arcos Knezek, has been practicing law for over 22 years. She has litigated over 380 cases all while building her firm from the ground up. Knezek is an immigrant from Chile and gained her U.S. citizenship as a teen. She practices in the areas of complex litigation, transportation contracts and litigation, toxic tort litigation, class action litigation, oil and gas litigation, general commercial contracts and litigation, environmental litigation, admiralty and maritime litigation, medical contracts and litigation, commercial and air carrier leases, workman’s compensation litigation, international customs litigation, U.S. customs litigation, international contracts and litigation, premise liability, general civil litigation, and immigration law.

Prior to joining Knezek Law, L. Bianca Chretien honed her skills as a civil litigator over the last 18 years through her representation of plaintiffs, national businesses, railroad companies, and insurance companies of various types. She has handled cases from start to finish, including conducting investigations, taking depositions, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and appeals. She is adept at discerning the needs of her clients in each particular case; evaluating issues thoroughly and assiduously; and developing a practical and efficient strategy to ensure the best possible outcome.

Before joining on with Knezek Law, Nichole Laborde Romero was in-house counsel defending a Fortune 500 company. Her diverse practice over the last 15 years has included extensive work in insurance defense, workers’ compensation, longshore, maritime, business transactions, property and successions. She is a creative thinker who enjoys developing solutions for complex legal problems.
